RETURN POLICY:
Returns:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Tammy Lane Productions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Any DVD/Card, that is proven defective after the package is opened, will be given a full refund or a replacement will be granted.

General Returns Policy:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Tammy Lane Productions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Just give us a call and we'll guide you through the process.
Orders Returned After 30 Days:
Orders that were delivered after 30 days ago will receive only a partial refund, if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, send it along with the packing slip to:

Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item, (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item,) and place another item for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us five to seven business days to process returns once we receive them.
